Hello! Some weeks ago I've read that an american foundation (?) or a big research center (or something similar) after the great success of the first online journal (all about medicine) had started publishing a new one about biology/chemistry/earth related sciences/physics and so on. Every specialist IN THE WORLD can send his/her articles and the public is allowed to access all data completely for free.
The two journals have the almost same name, but it is possible that I have inverted the order of their creation (maybe, first the one about medicine, then the other one). I CAN ABSOLUTELY NOT RECALL any really useful data to find again just THOSE journals.
If anyone has any idea about the information I am trying to get, please could he/she help me? Thank you as well!
