Empress Palpatine
Nikola Tesla was born at exactly midnight between July 9 and 10 1856 on a stormy night in Smiljan a village in Lika, Croatia. He is one of the most interesting people in history and invented the electricity we use today (alternating current), radio, the Tesla coil, and many many other things.

Rather than write up a long history about him, I will share these links to a movie about his life. Each segment is approximately 10 minutes, but I put them here in chronological order. Enjoy and discuss whatever you want regarding Nikola Tesla.

(I liked it so much I went out and bought it).

That was a good movie about the life of Nikola Tesla. It gives you a look at Tesla if you do not have time to read "Prodigal Genus" by James O'Neil. If you can only read one book on Nikola Tesla "Prodigal Genus" is it. This book was written by a contemporary who actually knew him. Happy Birthday Nikola Tesla.
