Here is how calculate gravity:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gravitational_constant

F = (G * m1 * m2)/ r^2 . For example if m1=m2=1 kg and r = 1 m; G=6.7*10^{-11} so we have:
F = (G * m1 * m2)/ r^2 = (1 kg * 1 kg * 6.7*10^{-11})/1m =6.7*10^-11 N.

Now lets calculate columb force if imgaine, that 1 kg having about 10^30 electrons or about 10^33 protons.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coulomb_law
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elementary_charge
So
F=(kc * q1 * q2)/r^2 =(10^10 * 10^-20 *10^30 * 10^-20 *10^30)/1 = 10^30 N .

So coulumb charge force is about 10^40 times bigger than gravitation force.
It's very similar to planck constant or planck length...

10^40/3 = 10^13. electron size is about 10^-15. If some particle is about 10^-15 size and have some gravitation force, then he culon force will be the same if he would be about 10^-28 size. It's very near to planck length size.

In my teory coulumb force is fluctation of smallest particles and gravitation force is fundamental itself force...

Or maybe one object always consist of little bit more electrons and another object consist of a little bit protons and it is somhow always balanced and that's becouse gravitation exist. Or protons charge is little bit diferent than elctron charge or some molecules strong forces taking diferent size of charge and diferent charge combination attracting like gravitation.
