For good or bad, in reality with trillion dollar blacks budgets, to underground said bases based all over the world, is the current art of space exploration, similar to the plot lines of Star Trek Enterprise?

This is the latest in the Star Trek series, to where the Vulcans are kind of overseers and advisers.

So Earth humans can explore, but maybe not too much and not out of script lies.
