How come scientific? papers for AGW use percentages,ones against (or ones just telling it as it is) don't.

The above posters are in my opinion a good example to what is wrong in society today. IT'S A SCIENTIFIC MODEL! It doesn't mean that it's correct.. what it means is that greenhouse gasses are a possible model for the current global warming that we're seeing.

Now don't be f**king retarded and tell me you know for sure that its an increase in heat from the sun, or what not. That boys and girls is also A SCIENTIFIC MODEL that predicts the current global warming. Both models are attempting to interpret what we see. Neither has disproved the other with any conclusive evidence.

Get over your f**king selves and instead of whining and complaining that its not the fault of humanity, realize that there is beyond a doubt that we have screwed up the environment and that aside from these studies, its time to get our act together.

If this is what it takes to convince the piggish population of America; by hosting the greenhouse gasses model as correct to get the people to clean up their act, then I'm all for it. And don't give me the line "But don't worry Bush is going to have America off oil in the next 3 decades." Even the optimistic side of the oil industry predicts its output to be near its end in the next 30-40years.

Exactly what part of that are you calling BS? On what basis?

Bear has it dead on. Get over your ... selves. No-one but you is interested in what you "think".

- The Mann hockey stick is a well known fabrication as it has been come to be known that he intensionally left out data and used the wrong math to make the chart.

- The UN report shows a drop in temperature over the last 3 years.

- The UN reports deliberately have their summary's completed up to 6 months before the science is actually finished.

- Less than 5% of the scientists whoever signed the "It's manmade GW!" list are actually scientists in the field of climatology.

- The US temperature data has been found to be scientifically questionable because of how it's being gathered AND the procedures in which it's being processed.

- CO2 has only been found to increase AFTER the temperature increases.

- Greenland is on record for having one of it's coldest decades.

- The Antarctic has grown in mass by over 20% for the last 50 years.

- Some Glaciers are growing while some are retreating.

- The Kyoto Treaty was designed to slow or halt specific national GPU growth, while nearly 2/3rds of the worlds population continued it's polluting ways.

- America has reduced it's pollution levels since the late 1990's, but the EU has doubled theirs.


So far nearly EVERY GW point has been disproved with facts and the ONLY thing that the GW people have left to say is "That there is no room for debate! The Science has shown us the true! It is completely IMMORAL to deny that people are not causing GW!".

GW is like the 1970's Global Cooling. Fact less hysteria and fear mongering with healthy amounts of Anti-US sediment thrown in.
