There are those who would say that G-D is inexplicable science. G-D it has been argued (with some degree of upset among persistence) is a function device given to an unseen, unprovable ideation of religion. This taken as a scientific treatment is progressive of knowledge according to some. What is unprovable has no "merit"?
People have spent a whole lot of time promoting Christmas through Santa Claus; what is the purpose here? Tim Allen made fun of ol' Santa with movies that he thought would have an entertainment value. If you don't believe in your faith of purposeful effect as a parishoner of a congregation, who is part of the superstructure of this universe, then what are you part of ? How about Mel Gibson and his Christianity Movie? You would denounce all religion? Give this a whirl: How do you explain the existence of space and the advent of meteorites?

Can anybody translate that into a coherent post?

Perhaps he meant the comet Hale Bopp and just missed the kool-aid line.
With that said,,, I do understand that GOD can be all things to all people ,,,, so If ConductingLight sees Him as a space rock well OK,, so be it. Some people find GOD in the strangest places,, but thats OK too.

So you think that God is the only possible answer to all creation? That is completely incorrect. Go look up the "Big Bang" on Wikipedia. You have no evidence whatsoever for religion - it's a leap of faith - whereas the big bang has plenty of it.

Go away Imagination's latest sock-puppet.

Is God a meteorite? Not sure, but possibly a comet.
QUOTE
The Cardiff team suggests that radioactive elements can keep water in liquid form in comet interiors for millions of years, making them potentially ideal “incubators” for early life. They also point out that the billions of comets in our solar system and across the galaxy contain far more clay than the early Earth did. The researchers calculate the odds of life starting on Earth rather than inside a comet at one trillion trillion (10 to the power of 24) to one against.

"so you're telling me there's a chance"

tongue.gif name that movie

there was a show on one of the science channels last night that talked about life starting in a comet. Pretty cool.
