Is Force Field possible through Super Capacitors? I heard that we can generate force field through super capacitors...

I meant force field that would repel objects if something is throwed against it.

I was also thinking that it is possible from Magnetic field than electrostatic field because even if it is plasma it can be controlled through magnetic field.
