Farsight (check the reply in picture #3, right at the top) has apparently taken to leaving numerous voice mails, spam email messages, and other harassment techniques with the scientists at CERN over the use of the LHC. I'm reasonably sure that scientific discussion should be spelled right, never mind the fact that it should never, EVER include gargled expressions like "kthx".

Yep, that's Farsight. He's posted on Dawkins' website about his work (because an evolutionary biologist website is a relevent forum for reworking physics!). Got the same responses as he did here. And Sciforums. And Physicsforums. And BAUT. And probably many other places.

I am suprised at him though. For all his delusions he's at least generally lucid and coherent. He rapidly goes down hill in those emails, from coherent to angry to just throwing grammar and spelling out the window and setting his caps lock button to max!

I like how he's CC'd 'Conan@nbc.com'. I guess he's angling to be on the Conan O'Brien show?

That's the reason why I established a new Internet service provider and email filtering facility for the truly rich elite high-energy and theoretical physicists. All email is subjected to our "Burn Before Reading" protocol unless it has an initial paragraph on the Semantic Field Tribology of Cucumber Sandwiches.

I had my doubts as to whether or not it was Farsight - right up until I saw image three.

Edit: Of course, I started with image 1.

My god it just goes on, and on, and on. Does it end?

Good grief. Add some real intellect into this thread equation and still the stupidity would be dangerous. laugh.gif

I instantly regret seeing that comment on gizmodo and coming to read the god-knows-how-many pages of ranting in the relativity forum.

That aside, I do like this place smile.gif

Whoa. I've reported the above post.

I was talking about "the mystery of mass" on an LHC thread in the Dawkins forum. I haven't been spamming or harassing anybody, by phone or voicemail or email or any other means.

Now, you take that back, and clarify your "error".

And I'm reporting this one too. I'm not having you guys alleging that I'm some nutter who goes round harassing people. You've crossed the line.

Your alias is implicated on picture 3 http://gizmodo.com/photogallery/lhcspam2/1001580907

And your beef should be with Gizmodo or whoever uploaded it

Did you bother reading the article?

So what you're saying is that someone with your name, who makes the same claims as you, and uses the same key phrases as you, but isn't you is doing this?

Surely you can understand hpw anyone might have difficulty believing this.
TheDoc
So Farsight. Now you're chasing people down to look at your theory? When will you understand that no one cares about Relativity Plus? Don't you have anything better to do than pushing your pseudoscientific junk?

Come on, don't deny it. We know it's you.
