You have failed to state a purpose.

Plenty of "black" dyes and pigments absorb well in the IR. But unless you state a purpose no recommendation can be made. Shall we assume you are a terrorist trying to hide from IR surveillance?

I recommend a vest with fake explosives on it. You must wear this outside of the rest of your clothing, however, else it won't absorb enough IR radiation. Oh, and getting your hands on something radioactive and particulate, then sprinkling it liberally over your body will help, too.

Hey, you forgot the white rag wrapped around the head and a profusion of facial hair. Both these are excellent IR cloaks.

Ice packs and alluminuim foil? laugh.gif

Maybe something like KNO3 that absorbs sweat, and in turn is wrapped in alluninium foil. biggrin.gif
