This might soound esoteric but here it goes.
I came across an interesting connection. First you have Em-spectra badwidth for example-http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electromagnetic_spectrum
You can notice that ELF frequencies range up from 30-300 Hz.
Then you have the following table:
http://hypertextbook.com/facts/2004/SamanthaCharles.shtml

You can notice that brains work below ELF frequencies. And it seems they work up just right about from 0.x-30 Hz. If this has any connection whatsoever then there exists Super extremely low frequencies in which consciousness resides. So light is at the other end kind of. All frequencies above "consciousness" are kind of "animations". Super fast resonances and super slow resonances. One has to figure out how they complement. Light might seem as completely still considering the difference of speed between light and "consciousness". Of course it may be just the other way around the way we actually suspect (know?) it to be. It moves extremely fast.

Re-edit...i have to censor myself..
I have to clarify this some more. You have resonances and Light. Resonances represent EM-spectra while light itself is the substance. Its not an easy task to put this together. Light is kind of always there at least thats what it seems. The differences we measure are the reflections of resonances which light is superimposed on somehow and that is what we see. Its more complicated than we considered some properties to be and its more simple from some other piece of the puzzle. Particles should be an effect. The more coherency a micro frequency has the more it looks like a particle. What we have done as it seems is that we have built our castle of understanding on consequences not the causes of this effects.

Very interesting.
