The technology would prevent car theft because a thief would have to know the code to your cars ignition system and type it into his mobile. However the car would record all mobile phone numbers attempting a code to start the car and promptly call the Police with the precise GPS co-ordinate location of your stolen car.
Your mobile phone would replace your car-keys and and central-locking transponder.
Plastics aren't just cast. They must be injected at quite a high pressure. Casting metal is much easier.

My method `Highway Intranet' would be to have a computer system that not only illuminates every Highway, Road, Street, but builds up a 3D image of every path in the City. Cars would have video camars and would transmit refreshing information in-relation to a route to each streets computer system as-well as the dimensions of the vehicle. Every time a car entered another street its video view would refresh that computer systems understanding of everything in it's path. Each streets computer would be responsible in positioning, spacing, every car along it's journey in that street. The streets computer system would be able to interact with computer systems of of intersecting streets and would play the cars positions like a computer chess game
