I wonder why is it that the call centers in mumbai, india... are empty all the time. Is the computer work all by itself as a living being? in the call centers. First the candidates voice is stolen in electronic and worked upon for giving automated replies through a non-living cultured brain system, the computer.

the rare time i have actually got a human on a call center i feel the call center computer has called the operator at their home and they are perhaps cooking dinner for the family while answering the call. tongue.gif
