... and you, dear angel of shockingly rife brain-damage, suffer from Chronic Lower IQ Quack Feign.
Your reality is entertaining, thanks.

We really can't provide better advice than we have because you really haven't provided enough detail to us about the cause of your back pain.
Two main types of back pain: Muscle spasms and spinal problems.
If it's muscle spasms, you're in luck, as generic Soma is available and is cheap. Any doctor can provide you with a valid Rx, and it's a lot cheaper that way than buying it illegally over the internet. Those, plus muscle strengthening exercises (warm up thoroughly first) should make your back pain diminish over time. (And an understanding doctor will prescribe sufficiently strong painkillers to deal with the back pain in the meantime, or find a different doctor.)
If it's a spinal problem, like a herniated disk or pinched nerve, surgery is just about your only option (other than taking massive doses of pain-killers, so much that you won't be able to hold down a job). This is expensive, so try to get health insurance (like through a job with a big company) and bite the bullet. Spinal back pain won't get better on its own, the sooner you get the surgery, the better.

8 years ago I bought a book - "Pain Free" by Peter Egoscue. It cost a third of a visit to the chiropractor, and they were twice a week. Dr. Egoscues' "e-cises" worked the first time, like he said they would. I haven't been to a chiropractor since buying that book. 8 years ago I couldn't lift 50 lbs. off the floor without jeopardizing the L4-L5 vertebrae. Now I can lift 200lbs. This man's knowledge proved miraculous for me.

But consult with a physician before going on a course of treatment, even self treatment, for a medical condition.

Hi,
I feel if you want relatively quick relief to muscle and joint pain, magnesium is the first supplement to try. Magnesium is necessary for numerous body functions. It is used to maintain normal muscle and nerve function, regulate heart rhythm, and support the immune system. Try taking some supplement consulting some medical experts.

Hey, I've broken 27 teeth, chewing on a mag wheel - any more suppliments you'd care to recommend?

When you pick a diet regime you need to think about finding one that has been proven to have good results. Avoid trendy diets that are usually not healthy. Many of these fad diets allow you to try eating just one food item, which can be very unhealthy. These types of diets can be hazardous to your health. Be careful to choose a diet product that is balanced and also has had good results in the past.
