Do what the Doc says - looks like you're on the verge of a nervous breakdown.

Go to your GP and get some beta-blockers for those panic attacks - take your time-out to reassess your life (when you've got a striaght head on) and devise a plan to take as much of the grief outta your existence as possible, then act on it.

Don't stay @ home - go places, do something different etc as this will assist your recovery, also visit your nearest comedy club (best medicine is laughter) biggrin.gif

If all this works, you can pay me back - warning; I only accept currency of the fleshy kind. laugh.gif

Try meditation. It can really help a lot with stress, along with exercise.

Edward 3
You do not need to be a professional to know that it is irresponsible to give medical advice if you are not qualified to do so - you just need to be a half-decent human being who cares about others.
Kathryn,
I have no professional experience but the first thing I would advise you to do is ignore these two assholes. Based purely on personal experience of working in a similar environment to you I suspect you are just experiencing a bit of stress - I would simply suggest that you take a bit of time to yourself, maybe try yoga or something similar and get plenty of relaxing exercise. And, talk to a doctor.
Go easy on the job front - you are well qualified and can always move to a new work environment.
And, finally, learn the art of laughter - it really is a great tonic - and if you are short of material - well just follow the antics of TheDoc !!
Keep in touch
Very best wishes

I would say that this is probably quite sound advice, apart from the beta-blockers!

The average 'working' person lives a completely crazy life-style that has little to do with the way we have evolved to exist. You may well find that the 'panic attacks' resolve themselves of their own accord, once the unnecessary stress is eliminated.

Buy yourself a Djembe and thump out some hot riddims once in a while! smile.gif

Medical attention for a diagnosis, might be the best response to dizzy spells.
It may have nothing to do with her job whatsoever, it may have to do with her phisiology.
