I just watched some footage of a reporter in Canada, saying that CFL (Compact Fluorescent Lights) have very high readings of dangerous "dirty electricity".

Read up on dirty electricity : Dirty electricity

Is this verified hard science or still in the very early phases of understanding. As the reporter said, "governments are all recommending light saving CF lights". Are governments getting it wrong again?

Yap. No bigger alarmists like the press. Last month I read a local daily claiming that research has shown these light bulbs leaks dangerous levels of UV 'rays'. Never mind that in the tropics the sun produces far much UV. Makes one wonder.

Yes i have heard about that too but what should we do?What can everyone of us do against dirty electricity? Can we order clean electricity? But who knows if thats what they deliver is clean?
