Why is it not possible that the expansion of the universe is not caused by some gravitational filed outside our universe rather than being repelled by some internal energy?
Who said it wasn't. This is a theory which is viable when thinking about universal expansion. I'm sure gravitational fields can exist outside our universe fzier. 
i believe dark energy is an intrinsic property of space time , the clues are all there,we just gotta realise space time is a real physical entity composed of a form of universal scalar energy.

And assume that Sp = G / c^4, because E = mc^2.

"Energy" is the emission of light. In the beginning there was only the light with the energy ( = Eo ). At present equilibrium, the total matter in the space is (1/2)Eo/c^2 and the total energy has decreased to (1/2)Eo.
