Here's a bubble-brained concept:

When a massive star goes supernova (theoretically forming a black hole) all condensation below the event horizon (again theoretically) may produce negative space-time curvature from which a tachyonic-like bubble might expand outwardly back out through the EH. The surface of this imaginary bubble can be thought of another universe co-existing within ours.
