New COSMOGEOLOGICAL THEORY and modern explanation about COSMOGEOLOGICAL CATASTROPHIC PLATE TECTONICS:
A GLOBAL FLOOD MODEL OF EARTH HISTORY

There is already began new epoch; epoch of Cosmogeological theory!

-Cosmogeological PLATE TECTONICS supports gradualism within peaceful periods only.
-Cosmogeological PLATE TECTONICS supports rapid drift (global oscillation) within few days, every 10000-12000 years. (Noah’s flood-Gilgamesh’s flood) Each similar flood is connected to the basinal extinctions.
-Cosmogeological PLATE TECTONICS supports rapid CATASTROPHIC PLATE TECTONICS after asteroid impacts and rapid EB geo-transfers (rapid movement of outer nucleus masses into asthenosphere). It produces rapid global movement of continental platforms and rapid subduction, obduction, overfolding thin lithosphere platforms. It means rapid global folding-rugosity almost all oceans’ platforms. Connected to the global extinction boundaries.

Gilgamesh’s flood is already decoded!

Each ancient epic contains true historic facts. Many facts of the Gilgamesh epic can be happened within last global flood only, approximately 12,000 years ago. King Gilgamesh is very young for the geo-catastrophe age and he connected to the event for immortality only by ancient writer. Of course the epic had much oldest source about real global geo-catastrophe.

Many here might consider your post a bit cranky, however there is clear evidence of a catastrophic flood more recently than the Gilgamesh Epic.

The Fenambosy chevron, one of four near the tip of Madagascar, is 600 feet high and three miles from the ocean. At the southern end of Madagascar lie four enormous wedge-shaped sediment deposits, called chevrons, that are composed of material from the ocean floor. Each covers twice the area of Manhattan with sediment as deep as the Chrysler Building is high.

On close inspection, the chevron deposits contain deep ocean microfossils that are fused with a medley of metals typically formed by cosmic impacts. And all of them point in the same direction — toward the middle of the Indian Ocean where a newly discovered crater, 18 miles in diameter, lies 12,500 feet below the surface.

The explanation is obvious to some scientists. A large asteroid or comet, the kind that could kill a quarter of the world’s population, smashed into the Indian Ocean 4,800 years ago, producing a tsunami at least 600 feet high, about 13 times as big as the one that inundated Indonesia nearly two years ago. The wave carried the huge deposits of sediment to land.

According to the Sumerian king list, Gilgamesh was the son of Lugalbanda and the fifth king of Uruk (Early Dynastic II, first dynasty of Uruk). He ruled circa 2600 BC. He became the central character in the Epic of Gilgamesh - one of the best known works of early literature

If the fossils dating are true difference is approximately 200 years.
Similar impact produces small scaled flood and small basinal extinction.
In the epic is described event which could produce only global geocatastrophe.
They are periodic ~10,000-12,000 year. Each of them was produced by penetration outer nucleus masses into asthenosphere, without an asteroid impact. This is periodic event and cosmogeological law of space-bodies and allowing it to be protected by explosion. In other case each space-body can be easily exploded by accumulated inner pressure forces.

Noah's flood in the Bible is both meteorological and geological.

The Bible says that it rained for 40 consecutive days AND that the "fountains of the deep" were opened up. possibly referring volcanism in mid-ocean ridges. It is stated that the water rose for 40 days, but that the flood actually lasted 150 days (chapter 7, verse 24).

The language of the Bible (in english) would literally indicate a complete covering of the highest point on earth by a space of 15 cubits, that is about 22 ft higher than the highest mountain top. This flood is usually considered to be a "miraculous" event that has nothing whatsoever to do with "normal" weather or global conditions

Admittedly, this could be a translation problem or "lose something" in the translation.

One would not need a completely "continuous" covering of the surface of the earth to produce a "global" flood. Oscillations of the enormous wave heights due to tidal effects and other phenonenon as the water flows over or around hills and mountain ranges could create huge jets and surges of water.

However, I once calculated that there may be enough water stored in "wet rock" in ground water reservoirs and inbedded in the tectonic plates so that if it were all expunged somehow due to heat and pressure, then there actually would be enough water to cover the mountains of the earth, just as in the story.

I do not think a "local" flood can explain any of the major flood stories from various cultures.

People do tend to exaggerate, however, nobody goes around saying, "the whole world flooded," even after a catastrophic hurricane or tsunami.

Clearly a "Great Flood" did happen, and over generations different cultures remembered or forgot different details.

Personally, I believe the Biblical account as written.

Noah’s flood or Gilgamesh’s flood was started by inner geological forces. Global activation of meteorological events and warm climate within next millenniums was produced by warm and hot water of seas and oceans. It produced by huge outflow of asthenosphere masses through boundaries of thin lithosphere platforms.
Everything are explained in the excellent research;

to K.Margiani "new cosmogeological theory about ..catastrophic tectonic plates"
#the theory about tectonic plates in the period stone -absurb;as thickness Ms (a firm cork of a planet)was by thousand in km ;however after change of thickness Ms there was a break and divergence of continents and in the bronze period massifs appeared on the continents (the most part of this massifs at the bottom of ocean were generated ); the further change of thickness Ms in the period iron does a theme about tectonic plates rather actual
