That's why you drink your beer with a straw so you don't have to drink the froth.
And too much beer makes you confused too, so you can't tell between the cream and the scum.

Without chemistry all we would have is physics. We can still have atoms, but they could not associate in a chemical way. Matter would exist in the plasma state or something even hotter.
