Government of India has launched new project called unique identification authority of India limited.
In this project government will take up fingerprint images of 1.3 billion people of India. it will bring so much transparency in all the processes, banking sector especially loan, tax payment, terrorism etc.
They will utilize fingerprint scanner of tenprint category.
They will also take iris scan data, fingerprint data, face data of each human in India.
This will surely help a lot for forensics and for crime prevention.
