Yesterday the Emergency Broadcast on TV Signaled the bleeps stated this is not a test,
everyone in the Livermore area should look out for lightning and hail, stay away from windows and go to an inside hallway that was 2 pm (12 hours before the bleeps, at 2 am I heard the hail storm lasted a couple of minutes but didn't see lightning.)
