Take any existing technology, look at it slightly differently, and posit it as something new. The effect noted here is akin to the long standing notion of Brownian Motion in fluid environments. Now, seems we"re applying it to so called solids. Of course, there is nothing "solid" in this universe of pure energy... all the universe is electrical by nature (electrons, protons and neutrons are all electrical charges, and matter is an illusion).
