Between Both i.e. Physically wired Microphone connected to Stereo system and Wireless Microphone/s placement/position, which choice could be better in terms of cost, feasibility, Applications viz sound amplification, recording minutes of meeting.

Business Case Study

A Long length vehicle (car, tempo etc) driven having a capacity of 10-12 people are Top Management Executives of a Multinational co. Traveling to a Resort place by a private vehicle hired. Two-Three Hours journey from source to destination place. The Top Management executives would like to discuss confidential Business matters, so requirement of wired microphone or wireless microphones within the vehicle. They would like to also record their minutes of meeting (MOM) with the help of voice recording machine and later playback the same.

For the above Business case, which would be the preferred choice i.e. Wireless Microphones (i.e. one and more) or Single Wired Microphone or both can suffice ?.
