After Twenty years, the first clinical evidence of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) was reported, AIDS has become the most harmful disease humankind has ever faced. Since the start of the epidemic, more than 60 million people have been infected with the HIV. Some worst effected region of sub-Saharan Africa where HIV/AIDS is now the leading cause of death.
The environmental closeness of Bangladesh to Myanmar and consequently, the Golden Triangle drug trail has made it a major transit route for drug smuggling and its easy availability in the area. However, the transmission route of HIV/AIDS in Bangladesh is no longer confined to the IDUs but spreads further to the female sexual partners of IDUs and their children. This is not surprising as women are mostly vulnerable to HIV infection and other sexually transmissible diseases because of geographical and socio-cultural factors including economic, educational and legal discrimination and unequal gender relations.
Women are disproportionately affected by HIV/AIDS. Biology and gender inequality conspire to drive the spread of the disease, and forces women to bear the brunt of the social and economic costs. ‘Rainbow Nari O Shishu Kallyan Foundation’ have found that male to female transmission appears to be 2 to 4 times more efficient than female to male transmission, because semen contains a far higher concentration of HIV than vaginal fluid. Young girls are particularly vulnerable. Their immature cervixes and low vaginal mucus production presents less of a barrier to HIV, all of which have been seen in many settings to be contributing factors to the rapid spread of HIV.
People with AIDS are mainly prone to developing various cancers, particularly those caused by viruses such as Kaposi"s sarcoma and cervical cancer, or cancers of the immune system known as lymphomas. These cancers are usually more harmful and difficult to treat in people with AIDS. Signs of Kaposi"s sarcoma in light-skinned people are round brown, reddish, or purple spots that develop in the skin or in the mouth. In dark-skinned people, the spots are more pigmented.
Children with AIDS may get the same opportunistic infections, as do adults with the disease. In addition, they also have severe forms of the bacterial infections all children may get, such as conjunctivitis (pink eye), ear infections, and tonsillitis.
In children younger than 13 years, the definition of AIDS is similar to that of adolescents and adults, except that lymphoid interstitial pneumonitis and recurrent bacterial infections are included in the list of AIDS-defining conditions.
In many developing countries, where diagnostic facilities may be minimal, epidemiologists employ a case definition based on the presence of various clinical symptoms associated with immune deficiency and the exclusion of other known causes of immunosuppression, such as cancer or malnutrition.
Many people are so debilitated by the symptoms of AIDS that they cannot hold steady employment nor do household chores. A small number of people first infected with HIV 10 or more years ago have not developed symptoms of AIDS.
AIDS researcher Mr. Mohammad Khairul Alam said, “HIV/AIDS is a three dimensional disease. It spreads out by three major causes:- such as unconscious or unsafe sexuality, blood exchange(needle) /transfusion for patients, infected mother to child. HIV/AIDS direct by impact on the human body - it paralyzes the physical condition, psychological morbidity and destroys social value. It also wipes out three things, such as it affects adults in their productive prime, severely hampers economic growth of person, and hampers his family, at last by rotation it destroys country’s progress. Every one can protect it by avoiding risk behavioral sex (multi-partner sex, unsafe sex practice etc), by avoiding injectable drug (needle sharing is a burning cause of it), by avoiding getting blood without test. Nation wide programme is also needed to take three major strategies: - top to bottom awareness programme of HIV/AIDS, gender discrimination programme to ensure girls and women rights, poverty reduction programme”.
Knowing the above.. the type of highest transmission varies from culture to culture, meaning, example, Africa, the primary spread of HIV is not needles, it's sex, and like it or not this is controllable, so what do you do?

Currenly, everyone dies - and it costs a certain amount of money to keep them alive. Is there a value to keeping anyone alive, since they'll all die anyway? In fact, people breed, meaning their offspring will all die too.

And how affordable is it to keep someone alive who infects others.. if it was your kids, or your wife or even you.. I am willing to bet it would not seem that "cheap" to you.. Recently, 'Rainbow Nari O Shishu Kallyan Foundation' has focused mostly on three types of work on HIV/AIDS in Bangladesh -- community mobilisation for prevention through promotion of fidelity, condom-use and abstinence; advocacy on access to affordable treatments, targeted at medicine producers and international donor organisations; and work to ensure 'mainstream' support to AIDS-affected individuals and communities for integration on poverty mitigation work. HIV/AIDS has good relation with poverty and gender inequality. Without decline in gender discrimination and poverty, all efforts to prevent HIV/AIDS or sustainable development in this sector will fail.

There is a lot of smoke being blown on the subject,because powerfull people have been at work covertly...The Nature OF AIDS is popullation controll.....We have 3 types of HIV...HIV1,HIV2 and HIV Obsucre...HIV 1 has 8 claves.HIV1-a HIV2-b etc...HIV1 is the American strain while HIV2 the African strain.There is zero chance of a cut hunter,this is punctuated..The origin being puncuated with 2 core events that started it......Richard Nixon and his man Henry were extremly concerned about the projected population levels in Africa.This was thought to be unstabling to the growing world economy and that it would be very costly..This is the motivation...Biological weapons research have unfortunatly been ongoing since their inception.>Any agreements for globasl cesstation have been tactical in nature,ie to stop everyione else while quitely continuing research...The first cases of HIV were probably due to accidents in an innoculation program...The first tissue is from 1959 congo..Despite exustive searches NO tissue preceding this has been found..The polio vaccine program was in this area just 2 years before..The first outbreaks match the programs movements..The culprit was chimps kidneys being used to amplify polio vaccine.The kidneys contained SIV and SV40..There was a massive call for chimps and monkies from a wide area around the innoculation camp..The chimps rounded up included troglites.We have witnesess that worked there and photos to show this..Later on people were sent to the area to get witnesses who worked on the CHAT program to recant their statments..Understandbly a cover up was underway and continues today.;[ The SIV wads killed by adult recipients but in children under 1 year of age,their immune sytem not being formed,a mutation took place...SIV was mutated to HIV...This was an accident but decades later when research pointed to this, everyone in key positions have been trying to discredit the facts..The main defence,"we didnt use chimps"...This is a lie and monkies and chimps were eagerly needed.remeber in 1957 congo no one had any idea of the contamination.They couldent get enough chimps and monkies of all descriptions, and their name itself gives them away,CHAT or chimp atttenuation.(thankyou god)...While this was an accident what happened next wasent..In 1968 the Special Virus cancer program suddenly asked for the then substantial, ten million dollars for research.They were onto something big,.namley retro viruses..Now 1972 new york, a Hep B program started.Promiscous homosexuals were saught and only P,H...This vaccine was also amplified in chimps kidneys.It was contaminated with SIV and SV40..,but wait an adults immune sytem would kill SIV,zoonosis does not occur...So here we need to extrapolate..The motive..key Conservatives that dispise homosexuals..The means The cancer virus research program that just four years prevously were onto something big...The oppertunity...An innoculation program that would be pertinet to homosexuals,Hep B....The clue is that SIV would not mutate to HIV naturally in the hep b recipients..Intentional contamination is indicated...Every single patient that recived the hep b innoculation died of AIDS years later...Hiv cannot have a vaccine developed because of its coating,it is protected.Its not clear if this is an indicator of laboratory enginearing...Finaly to ad insult to injury a claus was put in the patriot act,exonerating all pharmaceticals from law suits with their hep B vaccines,pertaining to HIV pre curser contamination....This is the golden info that has smoke constanty blown at it and gets lumped in with internet nuts and their conspiracy theories...While the govermet points to arab extremeists they quitly continue their biological research programs coated by national security.This is the real killer.Microscopic and ethnicilly biased,..Those key conservatives got their african poppulation inhibitor and homosexuals and drug addicts targeted,all in secret and all constantly covered up..Western medicine just cant own up to such momentus stuff..May god help us from the real culprits dressed in white coats.

Incredibly Dr Galo was involved with the special cancer virus research program and since Dr Duesberg fought together with Dr. Robert Gallo in the war on cancer.,one has to question their motives.. Some people involved with biological research would not want people to get treated with drugs that help them survive HIV..One should not trust any doctor involved with the special virus cancer research program.their allegance is with the goverment and popullation controll.Dont be fooled by gobblegook and super computer nonsence...Since the SVCRP was paid for by public money and they were researching retro-viruses in 1968 why has their research not been made public?...There is no doubt that HIV causes the AIDS syndrome one cell at a time.Drugs being offered are prolonging life of those infected..Some doctors dont seem to be pleased about this and are now giving out bad information peppered with jargon to confuse people.Dont believe them.

This, & his subsequent work in the same field, resulted in his election to the National Academy of Sciences in 1986.
"On the basis of his experience with retroviruses, Duesberg has challenged the virus-AIDS hypothesis in the pages of such journals as Cancer Research, Lancet, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Science, Nature, Journal of AIDS, AIDS Forschung, Biomedicine and Pharmacotherapeutics, New England Journal of Medicine and Research in Immunology.
He has instead proposed the hypothesis that the various American/European AIDS diseases are brought on by the long-term consumption of recreational drugs and/or AZT itself, which is prescribed to prevent or treat AIDS.
