Greetings, Everybody, Mind, and Spirit!

Specifically,
Mergatroid: Well said above! I think mimicking consciousness from an AI (artificial intelligent) perspective may not be fruitful, as a model of research and study nowadays.
To wit, the US AI technophile-inventor-author Ray Kurzweil has had proclaimed the Age of Spiritual Machines: When computers exceed human intelligence; but to no avail since the 1990s. Recently, he started another proclamation in his new book Singularity is near: When humans transcend biology!
As such, I would be very nervous when I hear any wild prophecy like that! Whereas in another thread
Consciousness and Special Relativity? (PhysOrgEU; August 10), I just posted some down to earth discussions; which I thought you might be interested in. Please feel free to comment therein or herein, at your convenience.
Thank you all for your kind attention and cooperation in this matter. Happy reading, thinking, scrutinizing, and enlightening!

Best wishes, Mong 8/10/6usct10:14a; author
