For those determined to be a "big banger" the problem persists as to Who, or "What lit the fuse", "On what" lingers! Either way it was not the beginning! A "governed" expansion leaves the question of a "Governor"! Either way it is a strained theory!
For those with a grain of common sense the lack of Inteligent management spoils all theories but one!
